A BILL making a supplementary appropriation of public money out
of the treasury from the state fund, general revenue, from
surplus accrued for the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day
of June, one thousand nine hundred ninety-three, to the
division of public safety, "Former" account no. 5700,
"WVFIMS" account no. 0453, supplementing chapter one, acts
of the Legislature, first extraordinary session, one
thousand nine hundred ninety-three, known as the budget
bill.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That chapter one, acts of the Legislature, first
extraordinary session, one thousand nine hundred ninety-three,
known as the budget bill, be supplemented and amended by adding
to Title II, section eight thereof, as follows:
TITLE II--APPROPRIATIONS.
Sec. 8. Appropriation from surplus accrued.

The purpose of this supplementary appropriation bill is to
supplement the budget act for the fiscal year 1993-94, by adding
a new line for seventy-seven thousand dollars for implementation
of a new program to be available for expenditure upon passage of
the bill.
